We have it under contract and are due to close on July 18th!!!! I am so excited!!! It's 2000 sq ft, 3 bed, 2 bath. Nice big kitchen/dining area. Huge living room with a marble fireplace. And an enormous master bedroom! It's at least 60 years old but it's been redone fairly recently. There's a big fenced in yard for the kids to play in. I've been wanting a new house for over 7 years now. I can hardly believe it's finally happening!!!!!! I'm praising God!!!

Exciting stuff! I think you posted a picture of this home awhile back...is that right? It does seem familiar.

Anyhow....your moving day is the same day for our daughter (although, unlike yourselves, they are moving to rental accommodation..but a 4 bedroom house with a largish garden which they do so need...and also very close to her hubby's work with the petrol costs averaging £60 each week at the moment for his travel to and from work).

I hope and pray it all goes very smoothly for you.
