| Hello, hidey, and good afternoon from Oklahoma!
My name is Kathy. I am married to the love of my life, my high school sweetheart these past 20 plus years. We have two teenage boys that I believe have made a bet to see whom will make me age the fastest and whom will drive me to drink.
We are a recently retired military family. He served for 23 years, 11 months and and 4 days. Right now we plan on staying in Oklahoma but I hope ( and pray ) to someday live in England.

| Kathy....having never visited Oklahoma I cannot imagine what it is like but I have been frequenting the Brocante site/forums for only a few days and I can tell you it has been so delightful.
I am also a "transplanted" Englishwoman. I was born, married and we had 2 small children living in Canada with my English husband when we picked up sticks and moved across the Atlantic to the UK in 1983. We are now approaching retirement too...tell me...is it fun??
I hope your dream of living in England, as your heart's desire is one day reality for you. Oh...and welcome to Brocante....from another "newbie."

I'm sure you'll love it here too. I warn you though, it's addictive! A very warm and friendly bunch though, with lots of good coomon sensical advice, and very good sense of humours!

| Kathy - how exciting that another Okie has stopped by our lovely Brocante Home!! I live in Edmond, OK.
I hope to get to know you better and hope you enjoy it here. This is a lovely bunch of ladies. It is especially fun to "rub elbows" with all of these International women.
I would love to live in England as well, but Oklahoma will simply have to do. LOL |
