Michelle, I welcome you to the Salon. It is a new experience for me to be a part of this forum/website and I'm just finding my way around and getting acquainted with the ladies.

Your life in Ireland sounds so idyllic (I live near to Liverpool above our newsagent's business on a busy road....so not very near to your beautiful surrounds but I can escape to the beautiful countryside in minutes from our home...not all bad!).

I am very interested at the moment about regaining my health and especially about natural ways that will listen to and take account of the physical, emotional and spiritual. So, I guess you could say....you are speaking my language!

I will pm you I think as it would be a bit long to write about here....but I would just say your arrival here is a godsend...I am pretty sure there will be some lively and lovely posts shared with you.

Hi,
I only discovered this site two days ago, I love it! It is so good to find others who love looking after their home and families. I live in Bournemouth with my lovely husband, we have two grown up sons who are married to great girls and both couples have just had a baby so I'm discovering the delights of being a Granny!

Hello There!

My name is Josie. I grew up with getting clothes from charity shops and a bevy of aunts that would toss their vintage clothing my way which spurred a love of all things vintage. I am 22 years old and have been reading Brocante Home for nearly a year now and have just now gotten around to this world of the forums. I am currently living in Statesboro, Georgia US attending school at Georgia Southern University studying Art. In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking, rummaging for wonderful vintage treasures, drinking ungodly amounts of hot tea, finding fun frippery to add to my life, and making art.

Welcome to Vintageland and home of a lot of nice ladies from around the globe.
I'm in the Sunshine State and right now there is too much of that per ususal

I love to bake, read, love the color green. Much more, but you'll find that out if you hang around for awhile.
