Oh thanks Ali! Can't wait to see the new look and I love the new name! Did you create a new blog and transfer everything or what? How did you change your name AND your address? I'm curious as I'm sort of tired of Rose Cottage Lane.

There was no way I was going to try to transfer all the stuff on the existing This Gal Friday. Too much work.

All I did was change the name and blog address. The content stayed the same. Go to Settings on your blog. The front page there will allow you to change the name. Stay in settings and click the Publishing tab. Thats where you change the blog address to the new name.

All this is predicated on your name choice being available of course. I had to use My Cosy Life in the address for publishing, but had no problem using A Cosy Life for the blog name.

I have decided to resurrect my blog today! It is not nicely designed as most of yours but baby steps will get me there one day. It's pretty adventurous for me to even work out how to publish a bit of typing! (lol)
