| I seem to have developed a baking addiction...I used to work in a cookie shop and have always made cupcakes (I use them in my work as my av shows)...but never like this....
I have run out of vanilla and chocolate chips...so just made chocolate cookies using chopped truffles and Creme de cassis....divine!!!
Anyone any fabulous recipes I should try whilst I have my hands permenantly floury???

| | Have you tried No Knead Bread? You won't be able to eat it until tomorrow because of the long rise time, but it's truly wonderful. |

| | Ouissi - look here under the "Scrumptious Recipes" section of the forum for some more inspiration. And Laura posted a lovely spicey fruit bread recipe today under "weekends". |

| I have loads of recipes here from a series of books called "Company's Coming" that I've bought and been given over the years. They have specialist themes for various types of food.
Eg....cakes/cookies/loaves etc. ........Casseroles ........Squares (traybakes, you call them in the UK) ........Soups ........Vegetables
There are others that don't come to mind at the minute. But, if you'd have any special requests to tempt your talents and your taste buds....give me some clues....I'd be happy to post them here....
Happy baking/cooking, Ouissa

| | I have lots of cookbooks too - including the Martha Stewart Baking Handbook and Nigella Lawson's, How To Be A Domestic Goddess. So if you have any special requests, as Jacquie said, let us know! |
