Most days I will put my face on and do my hair. It might be a quick updo but my hair is half way down my back. It's taken me almost 10 years to get it this long and I really don't want to cut it just yet.

I try to put something really nice on if I"m going out running errands or whatnot. If it's an at home day I will put on whatever is clean and comfy. I have long learned the lesson that the one day I run around in schlubby sweats and stained Ts is the day I have a housefull of unexpected guests.

Kathy - I'm the same way. I look and feel best when I have makeup on and at least my hair up in a ponytail or something. I also try to wear stuff that doesn't make me embarrassed to tell people I'm managing my husband's company. LOL At home I find that I still need to dress to my shoes (one of the few things that did stick with me with FlyLady) because I am so much more productive.

I have been growing my hair out for the past year or two and it's finally about to my shoulder blades. I'm getting ready to get something done with it - going on a spa day in March and am hoping they can help me find something more flattering. Right now it just lays there flat and doesn't look very great.

Usually I would dress and do makeup everyday...but at the moment sometimes I don't get dressed...

I'll have to start doing so

Ouissi - me too. Since I've been working at home, I've sort of been slovenly about getting ready in a timely manner. Speaking of which - it's time for me to go shower and get ready for the day.

I have never been a "makeup" girl and my elder sister tried to convert me to doing so. I occasionally did but more as an experiment that for any other reason.

I do enjoy a shower, complete with washing my hair each morning. And some body moisturizer (Clinique Elexir is my choice). That does me....and prepares me for the early start in our shop. In the summertime when it can be warm and humid I'll repeat the shower at least once.

I'd love to be the kind of woman who can relax in a bath full of nice smellies, candles glowing, nice music playing. I've yet to master that kind of "girlie" time. We are planning a re-fit in our bathroom this year so maybe I will give it a go then.

I would love to "slouch" in the morning but it rarely happens (perhaps when I am unwell and off work....very rare!). I hit the deck running most mornings with a 5am alarm call, shower, dressed (slacks and tops), breakfast and at least one cup of coffee. Down in our shop (we live above) for a 5.45am start. Retirement is looming and one of the best treats I am looking forward to is having a morning when I can awaken slowly and "laze" for just a bit in a housecoat.

That's it for me. As I am loosing weight though I am becoming more excited about the choices I will have with regards to my clothing...there will be some changes I'm sure of that.
