When Im having a hard time in life things can go two ways for me, I can either turn into a frantic housewife and clean till there is no polish left on my surfaces, or I totally neglect everything, the house becomes a mess, I cant eat and I totally neglet my appearance, I hide under the blanket on the sofa and watch my catherine cookson, jane austen, charles dickens or thomas hardy dvds, and dream of a world which is no more. It is usually the latter which I do when stressed, and I know Im going to have to get out of the habit and just get on with life, looking after myself, my husband , our pets and home, the world wont stand still for me when Im down, I must just get on.
