| I have my sewing machine and supplies in my dining room. It's got to go out. In our (master) bedroom, there are two huge piles of stuff that's hiding nice floor space. Here are my goals for this week:
1. Declutter the bedroom - throw away, put away, give away ***8/6 - One pile is gone, including a toddler bed. More space in here already! ! ! ***8/7 - The second pile is diminished, but still THERE. It's much better in this room. It's progressing toward what I want our room to be, but more slowly than I'd planned. ***8/12 - This second pile and I are such old friends. It's hard to go through it all, but! I'm getting it done. Hopefully, tomorrow I'll be able to get to rearranging the room. ***8/23 - This is taking sooo long. When I look at the dates, it seems even longer. There's been interruptions (numerous interruptions!), but my goal is still there. 2. Rearrange my bedroom 3. Bring my sewing into my bedroom with a cabinet alongside to keep it all neat.
The cabinet will be an old (greenish) dresser that's from my husband's grandmother that has dining linens in it, among other mish mash. It's now in our bedroom. So, I'll need to also:
4. Empty the drawers of the dining room buffet (really, an old long dresser without the mirror) of sewing and craft supplies. 5. Empty the drawers of the green dresser of dining linens. 6. Switch the contents of the dressers. 7. But, before switching, declutter both dressers. 8. And put in drawer liners.
I think this is so logical, it's been screaming at me for a few years and I haven't been listening! I'll be editing as I get going!
