Towards the bottom of the front page, click the Pelvicore technique box. A separate pop up screen will show and towards the bottom of that, you can order the dvd.

I got this recently and I really like it. The exercises take less than 30 minutes a day. No 20-something lycra clad bodies in it (sorry Mel! lol!) to make you feel old and saggy. The exercises are harder than they look too, but keep at them. You will notice a difference. I don't have bladder weakness, but I am noticing a loss of pelvic floor tone as I get older. It can come from childbirth, lack of exercise and the ageing process.

Anyway, takes a bit for the dvd to arrive, but well worth the wait and its free too!

I may be in my 20's, but I certainly dont wear lycra, lol.
