Nice day today, we are going to visit our friend as he is back in hospital today. We shall walk to Johns parents with the dogs and leave them there while we go to the hospital. My dad is calling in today.

Afternoon ladies. My goodness, Monday came round again awful quick didn't it? We did some shopping on Saturday and spent most of yesterday just loafing. Twas very nice. And boy was it cold last night, considering its just heading towards August. Dang!

Today I picked up a new belt for the brush roller on my vacuum and installed it myself. Me, how can just about change a lightbulb without help. *smug* So now I have a working vac again. Got a load of clean laundry done yesterday, folded and put away this morning.

We had several parties over the weekend. Four in two days, actually, and I was spread a little too thinly so today, I enjoyed tea, read a good book, and spent time cuddled with husband who had the day off.
