Don't know how many of you receive the free e-newsletter from Simple Abundance, but I just got a new one today that has a link to A Woman's Advent Calender in it. It has some very nice vintage images and as always from Sarah Ban Breathnach, very lovely writing. There are a few other delightful holiday things on her site too.

UPDATE: I did some further reading, expecting something lovely and instead it's just one day's calender, if you want to read them everyday you have to shell out the $60/year to be a member. It also says the subscription rate is going up to $75 in January. So anyone wanting a membership should lock it in now at the $60 rate. It disappoints me that something so lovely, while I agree shouldn't necessarily be free, but that it's so expensive. I want to join, but just can't justify $60 and now $75 a year just to read pretty sentiments. Maybe that's just me. Thank goodness for Alison! I'm happy to donate a few pounds/dollars every now and then to help her out when she so lovingly gives us such wonderful inspiration for free.

I am having great problems viewing the forum.....everything seems to time out. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong....anyone tell me how to contact admin....that times out too when I try.

I'm not even sure what SA is, but it sounds profitable for someone. There's too many free or inexpensive resources out there for you to subscribe to something you feel is getting expensive Karla.

As the saying goes, watch the pennies and the pounds will take care of themselves!
